Jari is an advisor with experience in finance, investment and strategic development of companies. His background covers a wide range of asset management, institutional portfolio management, as well as financing and ownership situations of growth companies and SMEs. Jari has supported entrepreneurs, owners, boards and management in strategic decision-making, capital structure assessment and preparation of financing options.

Jari’s special expertise includes equity financing processes, investor communications, M&A analysis, valuation and structuring of companies’ financial structure and growth options. He brings to MBO Partners an analytical view based on his investment and asset management background, as well as practical expertise in situations where a company is considering growth, ownership, financing or corporate restructuring.
