MBO Partners acted as the sellers’ advisor in the share transaction, in which Rentokil Initial Oy acquired all the shares of Antitec Oy, effective as of 30 April 2025.

Antitec is a Finnish pest control company founded in 2005, operating throughout Finland. The company has grown strongly over the past five years. Under the management of the owners, the business has focused primarily on high-quality and professional service and excellent customer satisfaction.

Rentokil Initial Oy is the Finnish subsidiary of the globally operating British company Rentokil Initial Plc, which is listed on both the London and New York stock exchanges. The group’s turnover is over £5 billion and it employs over 68,000 people worldwide.
